Sarawak Oil Palms Bhd (SOPB), a premier plantation company listed on Bursa Malaysia, is seeking an accomplished and highly motivated Estate Manager to lead and oversee the full operations of a major palm oil estate in the Sarawak region. As the Estate Manager, you will take full accountability for the estate's P&L. Your primary focus will be to maximize Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) yield and optimize operational efficiency. This involves directing all field operations including harvesting, manuring, pruning, pest control, and replanting. You will develop and execute annual budgets, monitor production KPIs closely, and implement strategic initiatives to drive productivity and cost savings. Championing sustainability is critical; you will ensure strict compliance with MSPO, ISCC, and RSPO certification requirements, and uphold the highest standards of environmental stewardship.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of estate P&L, driving profitability and productivity through effective resource and budget management.
- Direct and supervise all field operations including harvesting, manuring, pruning, pest and disease control, and mill delivery.
- Plan and execute replanting, new planting, and field upkeep programs in line with best agronomic practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large and diverse workforce to ensure high morale, discipline, and productivity.
- Drive sustainability compliance and certification for MSPO, ISCC, and RSPO standards.
- Champion strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze estate KPIs, preparing accurate and timely management reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Science, Forestry, Plantation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of hands-on experience managing an oil palm estate.
- Proven track record in achieving high FFB yields and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent knowledge of agronomy, estate mechanization, and cost management.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong reporting and communication skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to live on-site in the estate premises.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical labor practices.
