Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure comprehensive estimation
- Review and validate estimates against historical data and industry benchmarks
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend value engineering solutions
- Prepare bid documents and participate in client presentations
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting project costs
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and cost data for future reference
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation for relevant industry
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools (e.g., CostX, WinEst, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
