Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in venue setup, equipment installation, and booth arrangements before event commencement
- Provide on-site support for event activities including crowd management and operational logistics
- Ensure attendee safety and comfort by maintaining clear pathways and emergency protocols
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to coordinate event flow and resolve issues
- Manage inventory of event materials and supplies during the event period
- Execute breakdown and post-event cleanup procedures efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service to event attendees and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings during event dates
- Strong physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 15kg), and extended periods of activity
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency
- Punctual with reliable transportation to event location in DI Yogyakarta
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset during unexpected situations
- Valid identification and willingness to sign temporary employment contract
