Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of all assigned events, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with guest expectations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors to coordinate intricate event logistics.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and post-event reports.
  • Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and walk-throughs with prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design bespoke menus and beverage packages.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest level of luxury service.
  • Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting, guaranteeing flawless guest experiences.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and event management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi).
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
