We're seeking a visionary Events Marketing Manager to drive our mission of 'Money without borders' across the APAC region. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can conceptualize and execute high-impact events that elevate Wise's brand presence and foster meaningful connections with key stakeholders. You'll lead end-to-end event strategies, from regional conferences to intimate product launches, ensuring alignment with our global marketing objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies across APAC markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, India, etc.)
- Manage end-to-end event execution including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and post-event analysis
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event objectives
- Design innovative event experiences that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry partners, vendors, and influencers
- Measure KPIs and ROI for all events, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff in event execution best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in event marketing with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Proven track record of executing large-scale B2B events in APAC markets
- Expertise in budget management ($500k+ event budgets) and vendor negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms and marketing automation
- Exceptional project management abilities with attention to detail under pressure
- Fluency in English with working knowledge of at least one APAC language
