Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze large datasets to identify audience trends, behaviors, and preferences.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align audience insights with overarching media strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of media campaigns through an audience-centric lens.
- Provide proactive suggestions to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging data tools, and analytical methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in audience insights, media planning, or data analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven narratives to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
