Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end customer inquiries for export shipments across multiple regions
- Coordinate with warehouse, customs, and freight teams to resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in compliance with export regulations
- Proactively communicate shipment status updates and delays to international clients
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Train junior staff on export procedures and customer service protocols
- Develop standardized response templates for common export-related queries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service within export/logistics industry
- Proficiency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of export documentation procedures and Incoterms
- Advanced problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
