Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Master's degree or PhD in Data Science/Machine Learning preferred
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and predictive modeling
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
