In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every garment meets global quality standards through meticulous laboratory testing and rigorous inspection processes.
As an Executive in our Lab & Inspection department, you will bridge the gap between material innovation and mass production. You will manage daily laboratory operations, collaborate closely with a diverse network of suppliers, and act as a primary problem-solver for any quality-related bottlenecks on the production floor. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end laboratory testing operations, ensuring compliance with international garment quality standards.
- Coordinate with material suppliers to resolve discrepancies in quality specifications before production commencement.
- Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials and finished goods to identify defects early in the cycle.
- Analyze inspection data and generate actionable reports to improve overall production yield and quality outcomes.
- Lead root-cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to maintain strict adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor and calibrate laboratory testing equipment to ensure precision and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in textile/garment quality assurance or laboratory management.
- Strong technical knowledge of textile testing methods, fabric properties, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) standards and modern quality inspection techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
