As an Executive Leadership Trainee, you will undergo an intensive rotational program that provides a comprehensive 360-degree view of our banking operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage in cross-functional rotations across key banking divisions, including Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Retail.
- Participate in high-level strategic projects alongside bank executives to address current business challenges.
- Analyze market trends and financial data to support institutional decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure the seamless execution of bank-wide projects.
- Participate in intensive leadership training, mentorship programs, and developmental workshops.
- Uphold the highest standards of financial compliance, ethical conduct, and organizational culture.
- Present business case studies and performance insights to the senior leadership team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in banking, finance, consulting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; an MBA or relevant Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership potential with a track record of driving projects or managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of adaptability and agility in navigating fast-paced corporate environments.
- Integrity, dedication, and a clear alignment with Metrobank’s corporate values.
- Professional proficiency in English and Filipino.
