As the Executive Production, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by coordinating with various departments, including quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic production plans, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all production activities to ensure efficient and timely completion of manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with company objectives and customer demands
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and cost reduction initiatives to improve productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and equipment maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management within the automotive manufacturing industry
- Proven track record of leading production teams and achieving operational excellence targets
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate teams
- Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required
