Join DRB-HICOM as an Executive, Regulatory Affairs and play a pivotal role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of Malaysia's government and defense sector. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations while strategically engaging with government stakeholders to foster positive relationships.
As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will monitor policy developments, analyze their potential impact on our operations, and recommend strategic responses. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with various departments to implement regulatory requirements and maintain our compliance posture.

- Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in government and defense sectors
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across all departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory submissions and compliance audits
- Advise management on regulatory risks and opportunities
- Represent the organization in regulatory discussions and negotiations
- Develop and implement strategies to navigate regulatory challenges
- Stay updated on international regulatory standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, or compliance
- Strong understanding of Malaysian regulatory frameworks and government processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze complex regulatory information and provide actionable insights
- Experience working in government, defense, or highly regulated industries preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
