Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export customs documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with Indonesian trade regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external customs brokers to ensure timely shipment clearance.
- Oversee bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) inventory management and reporting via CEISA or relevant government systems.
- Develop and implement SOPs to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency within the logistics supply chain.
- Monitor and report on duty exemptions, tax incentives, and other relevant trade facilities to optimize costs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customs authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide strategic insights to management regarding changes in trade policies and their potential impact on production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EXIM, Customs, or Import/Export operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian Customs laws, regulations, and the CEISA system.
- Certification in PPJK (Ahli Kepabeanan) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex documentation and data reporting.
- Proven track record of managing bonded zone facilities and regulatory audits.
