Smoore Technology Indonesia is currently seeking a highly skilled EXIM Customs Manager to join our team in Purwosari. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all import and export activities, ensuring seamless cross-border operations, and maintaining strict compliance with Indonesian customs regulations.
As our EXIM Customs Manager, you will leverage your leadership and technical expertise to streamline our supply chain, optimize logistics costs, and build strong relationships with government authorities. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate complex regulatory landscapes while driving operational efficiency to support our expanding production goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Customs and Excise regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
- Supervise the preparation of all EXIM documentation, including PEB, PIB, COO, and other required permits (NIB, IT, PI).
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for audits and communications with government customs officials.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of changes in trade regulations, tariff classifications, and international trade laws.
- Lead and mentor the logistics team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EXIM and Customs management within a manufacturing company.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs systems (CEISA, INSW) and regulatory requirements.
- Possession of a valid Customs Expert Certification (Sertifikasi PPJK) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership abilities and fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
