Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process comprehensive export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with customs clearance agents to ensure all shipments comply with local and international trade regulations.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for all customs and shipping documents to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, providing timely status updates to internal departments and clients.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipping documents or customs holds.
- Verify compliance with Indonesian trade regulations, HS codes, and duty structures.
- Manage NIB, PI, and other necessary import/export permit documentation under company supervision.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in EXIM (Export-Import) documentation or shipping logistics.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, INSW (Indonesia National Single Window), and HS codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) for document preparation and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
