Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare all necessary export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Handle customs clearance processes efficiently to minimize delays and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all shipping documents and customs records.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to synchronize export schedules.
- Handle troubleshooting for any shipment discrepancies or documentation errors.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in Export-Import or Customs processes is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Willing to be placed and work on-site in Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
