Mungyo Group Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated EXIM (Export - Import) Staff to join our growing manufacturing operations in Kabupaten Bogor. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our international supply chain, ensuring that all cross-border documentation flows seamlessly to keep our production lines moving efficiently.
You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, coordinating closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, high accuracy in document preparation, and the ability to manage complex shipping schedules under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for imports and exports, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
- Coordinate with forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment bookings and tracking.
- Liaise with customs authorities and brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and minimize delays.
- Maintain an accurate database of all shipment records and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
- Monitor and report on shipment status to internal stakeholders, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Handle PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) filing accuracy.
- Ensure all financial documents related to import/export costs are reconciled and processed correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an Export-Import or Logistics role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and international trade compliance (Incoterms, HS Codes).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP software or logistics management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage for international communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding manufacturing environment.
