Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional looking to take the lead? Hamana Works Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated EXIM Leader to join our manufacturing facility in Tegal. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our global trade operations, ensuring that our logistical workflows are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
As our EXIM Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end export and import lifecycle. From coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to negotiating shipping rates and managing essential documentation, your contribution will directly impact our production timelines and supply chain success. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade protocols.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end operational flow of export and import activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with internal production teams to plan and forecast logistical requirements based on manufacturing schedules.
- Negotiate effectively with logistics partners, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to optimize shipping costs and service levels.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary export-import documentation including PEB, PIB, and Certificates of Origin.
- Ensure full compliance with local customs laws, international trade regulations, and company safety standards.
- Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve any customs clearance or logistical bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, customs officials, and external logistics vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an Export-Import or Logistics role within a manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Customs systems (CEISA/NLE) and international trade incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage documentation with high precision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP/Logistics management software.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in the Tegal area.
