We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EXIM Manager to oversee international trade operations within our dynamic garment manufacturing facility located in Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless customs compliance, managing complex shipping documentation, and coordinating logistics to guarantee cost-effective and timely international deliveries.
In this strategic role, you will act as the bridge between our manufacturing operations and global markets. You will ensure that all export and import activities adhere to Indonesian and international trade regulations, optimizing the supply chain for maximum efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire export and import process for garment products, ensuring strict adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents to optimize logistics routes and reduce overall shipping costs.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations (BSPN, BPJPH) and coordinate with tax authorities regarding import-export duties and taxes.
- Analyze shipping costs and negotiate with carriers to secure the best rates for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for timely shipment schedules.
- Implement and maintain a robust HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) plan within the logistics and shipping departments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an EXIM Manager or similar role specifically within the Garment Manufacturing or Textile industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures, import-export laws, and trade compliance standards.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential for data analysis and reporting).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
