Tanggung Jawab
- Manage import and export documentation and ensure compliance with customs regulations
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for efficient logistics operations
- Monitor and analyze customs duties, tariffs, and trade regulations to optimize costs
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Track and maintain records of all international shipments and trade transactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of goods across borders
- Stay updated on international trade policies and customs regulations to ensure compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in import/export operations and customs clearance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade policies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in customs documentation systems and logistics software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
