Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export-import documentation including customs forms, certificates, and permits
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners for shipment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve customs clearance issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions and regulatory documentation
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams for cost optimization
- Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import operations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems and customs clearance software
- Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
