PT. Carimax Technology Indonesia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EXIM Staff to join our manufacturing facility in Jombang, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing our international trade operations, ensuring seamless export and import processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance to keep our production supply chain moving efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation (PIB, PEB, Packing List, Invoice, BL, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment delivery.
- Monitor and track shipment status to provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade laws.
- Handle licensing and permits related to import and export activities (NIB, IT, LS).
- Maintain accurate records and archives of all shipping and trade-related documents.
- Resolve logistical discrepancies or customs issues to minimize transit delays.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in EXIM roles within a manufacturing or logistics company.
- Proficient in using CEISA or other Indonesian customs documentation systems.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and local trade regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English.
