Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all end-to-end export and import documentation (PIB, PEB, BL, Packing List, Invoice).
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Manage licensing requirements, including NIB, API-U/P, and other necessary permits via OSS or INSW systems.
- Handle duties and tax payments related to import/export activities efficiently.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all shipping records and trade documentation for audit readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Exim Staff or in a similar trade compliance role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations, HS Code classification, and INSW/OSS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with government agencies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to meet strict shipping deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
