As an EXIM Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our documentation team. You will learn the intricacies of processing PIB (Pemberitahuan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) documents and ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and submission of PIB (Impor) and PEB (Ekspor) documents through the CEISA system.
- Coordinate with internal departments and freight forwarders to ensure smooth document flow.
- Monitor the status of customs clearance processes for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for all shipping documentation.
- Support the EXIM team in verifying HS Codes and duty calculations.
- Communicate professionally with customs brokers and relevant government authorities when required.
- Prepare periodic reports on shipping activities and customs documentation status.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a fresh graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and shipping terminology.
- Knowledge of PIB/PEB documentation processes is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
