Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment clearance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions and trade compliance documents.
- Communicate effectively with international clients to provide shipment status updates and resolve logistics inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and management of Letters of Credit (L/C) and other trade finance instruments.
- Monitor and update knowledge of local and international trade compliance laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to align export schedules with production capacity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in export/import documentation and customs procedures.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, export regulations, and international trade practices.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) is required for communicating with global partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, SAP ERP).
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
