Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation and compliance procedures
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international partners
- Monitor shipping logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
- Research and implement international trade regulations and tariffs
- Analyze logistics costs and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Maintain accurate trade compliance records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams on inventory and shipment planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in export/import operations
- Proficiency in trade documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, etc.)
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
