Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all end-to-end import and export activities, ensuring timely delivery and shipment accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, including PIB/PEB processing and other mandatory documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to resolve logistical bottlenecks effectively.
- Supervise the daily operations of the EXIM team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on import-export activities for management review.
- Maintain and update permits, licenses, and other necessary documents related to international trade.
- Resolve any customs clearance issues or discrepancies promptly to prevent operational delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in EXIM operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (must be able to communicate effectively with international partners).
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian Customs Law, HS Codes, and INSW (Indonesia National Single Window) system.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational proficiency.
