We are seeking a highly motivated Expansion Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our growth strategy, playing a pivotal role in identifying high-potential locations to scale our brand presence in the Tegal region and beyond.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, site selection, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our senior expansion managers, translating field observations into actionable business intelligence that drives our store network growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field surveys and identify high-traffic locations suitable for new store openings.
- Collect and analyze competitor data and foot traffic patterns in target expansion areas.
- Prepare comprehensive site assessment reports including demographic analysis and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with local property owners and stakeholders to gather initial site information.
- Support the expansion team in documenting market trends and consumer behavior in the Tegal territory.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation decks for internal management reviews.
- Maintain an organized database of potential real estate leads and site documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Tegal and surrounding areas for field assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
