Rea Kaltim Plantations, a prominent leader in the palm oil industry in East Kalimantan, is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expediter Procurement to join our logistics and supply chain team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our operational equipment, spare parts, and materials are sourced and delivered on time to support our plantation activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track all purchase orders from inception to final delivery to ensure timely arrival.
- Proactively identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to prevent delays.
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with vendors regarding shipment status, lead times, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments including warehouse, maintenance, and finance to ensure goods meet site requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and delivery metrics for management review.
- Verify delivery documents, packing lists, and invoices to ensure compliance with company procurement standards.
- Oversee the resolution of discrepancies regarding damaged or missing goods during the delivery process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in procurement, expediting, or logistics coordination, preferably in the plantation or heavy industry sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel).
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage complex vendor relationships.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a remote site environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Balikpapan and support operations across East Kalimantan.
