Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a comprehensive range of beauty treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and body wraps.
- Deliver various therapeutic massage techniques tailored to client needs and preferences, promoting relaxation and well-being.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin concerns, recommend appropriate treatments, and advise on effective home care routines.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment rooms and with all equipment, ensuring a safe environment.
- Actively promote and educate clients on our range of premium skincare products and services, driving product sales.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and maintain accurate, confidential client records.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations through continuous professional development.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience through professional conduct, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Beautician or Therapist in a reputable spa, clinic, or beauty salon.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related aesthetic field.
- Exceptional knowledge of skin biology, anatomy, and various beauty and therapeutic techniques and products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in Indonesian and a good command of English.
- A genuine passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with a client-focused approach and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional, punctual, and well-groomed with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
