Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate company lorries for the delivery of furniture across Tuaran, Sabah, and surrounding regions.
- Assist with the careful loading and unloading of furniture items at the warehouse and customer premises, ensuring no damage.
- Perform professional furniture assembly and installation at customer locations, adhering to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and other essential documentation.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and installations, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and GDL regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Goods Driving License (GDL) for heavy vehicles.
- Proven experience as a Lorry Driver, preferably with experience in furniture delivery, logistics, or a similar field.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy furniture items.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to potential challenges.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, highly responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of routes and locations within Tuaran, Sabah, and the surrounding areas.
