Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Execute scheduled maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations) following standard operating procedures.
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble major engine components, transmissions, and differentials.
- Effectively communicate with the service advisor and team to ensure a smooth workflow and timely delivery of repairs.
- Maintain a meticulous and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety guidelines and regulations.
- Continuously update professional knowledge by studying manufacturer updates and participating in technical training.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking parts usage and notifying management of supply needs.
- Ensure every job completed meets the highest quality standards before returning the vehicle to the customer.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience as an Automotive Mechanic or equivalent role.
- Valid certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering.
- Expert knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and modern repair techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Must hold a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary, to meet customer demands.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a strong plus.
