Ofi Indonesia (Olam Food Ingredients) is seeking a dedicated Export and Production Staff to join our dynamic team in Bandung. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our production floor and global markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that our premium coffee products are processed efficiently and meet all international shipping standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure export targets are met on time.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive export documentation including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to facilitate smooth international transit.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished coffee products to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Ensure all export activities comply with Indonesian trade regulations and destination country requirements.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure all shipments meet ofi’s global standards.
- Maintain accurate data entry within the company’s ERP system for production and logistics tracking.
- Provide regular reports to management regarding production efficiency and shipment status.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in export administration or production planning, preferably within the FMCG or agriculture sector.
- Strong understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms) and Indonesian customs procedures (PEB/PIB).
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international communication.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience using ERP software (SAP preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Currently residing in or willing to be based in Bandung, West Java.
