Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export processes including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and shipping coordination
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and export control laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate records of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Liaise with internal departments including production, sales, and finance to ensure smooth export operations
- Monitor export shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding shipment status
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the export process to maintain efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export coordination or international trade operations
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in using export management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
