As a key player in our global operations, you will be responsible for managing all export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and facilitating seamless global shipments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and destination country import policies
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to facilitate timely and efficient shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and track shipment status throughout the transportation process
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and address compliance issues proactively
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade agreements affecting Indonesia's international trade
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth export operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or international trade operations
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing documentation challenges
