As a key player in our global operations, you will be responsible for managing all export documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and facilitating seamless global shipments.

Join our team of professional NVOCCs (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers) and play a crucial role in connecting Indonesian products with markets worldwide. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and manage all export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and destination country import policies
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to facilitate timely and efficient shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and track shipment status throughout the transportation process
  • Resolve documentation discrepancies and address compliance issues proactively
  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations and trade agreements affecting Indonesia's international trade
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth export operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export documentation or international trade operations
  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing documentation challenges
