Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for global export shipments, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely booking and space allocation for international cargo.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws to prevent shipment delays.
- Prepare and process Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation accurately and verify terms against purchase orders.
- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any logistics bottlenecks or documentation discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate logs and digital records of all shipping activities for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and warehouse teams, to synchronize shipping schedules with production output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in export documentation and shipping operations.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, customs clearance procedures, and Bill of Lading documentation.
- Familiarity with export-related banking documents (Letter of Credit, SKBDN).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with ERP or logistics management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight vessel or flight deadlines.
