Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end export-import activities, including documentation, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian trade regulations, HS Codes, and international shipping standards.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive shipping documentation (PL, BL, Invoice, COO) to prevent delays and penalties.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to align with production schedules.
- Analyze logistics costs and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce shipping expenditures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customs or clearance issues proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export/import operations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of PIB/PEB systems, customs regulations, and INSW (Indonesia National Single Window).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments and solve complex logistical challenges.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams and vendor relationships effectively.
