In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) operations run smoothly and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
As our field-based compliance specialist, you will be the bridge between our operational activities and government regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for navigating the complex landscape of Indonesian export-import regulations, securing necessary permits, and ensuring that every shipment remains in full compliance with the law. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing and monitoring all licensing processes for Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) activities.
- Conducting field inspections (Dinas Luar) to oversee customs and port clearance processes.
- Ensuring all export-import documentation complies with current Indonesian customs regulations.
- Coordinating with government agencies, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to resolve compliance bottlenecks.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical logs of all regulatory filings and permits.
- Preparing regular compliance reports to internal management regarding operational status.
- Assisting in the audit process to ensure zero-deficiency status in logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export-import, customs brokerage, or logistics compliance (PLB experience is highly preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian export-import laws and customs documentation.
- Strong physical stamina to perform field-based duties in ports and industrial areas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with government officials and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks under tight deadlines.
- Must be highly disciplined, honest, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
