PT Translindo Nusa Pacific is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Export Import Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding international trade operations and logistics. You will manage complex documentation, coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders, and ensure seamless communication between our valued clients and internal departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents to ensure timely shipment and delivery of goods.
- Manage customs clearance processes and ensure strict compliance with all relevant trade regulations and HS codes.
- Act as the main liaison between international clients and internal sales/logistics teams to resolve inquiries.
- Track shipments in real-time and provide accurate status updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Assist in negotiating terms with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize costs and delivery times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Export/Import Customer Service or Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, HS codes, and import/export regulations.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
