Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for export and import shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on shipment status and resolving inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with customs brokers, trucking vendors, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documents, including Airway Bills, Bills of Lading, and Commercial Invoices.
- Monitor shipment milestones and proactively identify and mitigate potential transit delays.
- Maintain accurate data records in the logistics management system to ensure operational transparency.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to shipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding or an export-import customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to handle professional correspondence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
