PT Quanterm Logistindo is seeking a skilled Export & Import Document Specialist to manage critical documentation processes. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws. You will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all import and export shipments are processed efficiently and without delays. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin for both Import and Export.
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance processes and timely shipments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping schedules, status updates, and documentation compliance within the internal system.
- Resolve any documentation discrepancies or issues immediately to prevent shipment delays and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of tax and customs declarations as required by Indonesian trade laws.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to provide shipment status updates and clarify documentation requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Document Control.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, and general import/export regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
