Dongsung is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Export-Import (EXIM) Staff to join our dynamic team in Karawang. As a key player in our logistics and supply chain operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of international goods, managing customs documentation, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian trade regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily export and import shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
- Prepare, manage, and verify all essential shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare detailed reports for management on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Ensure full compliance with government regulations regarding import-export activities, including HS Code classification.
- Handle communication with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an EXIM, logistics, or freight forwarding role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations, PIB/PEB systems, and INSW (Indonesia National Single Window).
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight shipping deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
