We are seeking a highly motivated Export-Import & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bandung. In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics operations, ensuring the seamless movement of goods across borders while maintaining high efficiency and compliance standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all documentation for export and import shipments, including Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely transit and delivery of cargo.
- Monitor and track shipment status, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding logistics schedules.
- Maintain compliance with all customs regulations and international trade laws to avoid delays or penalties.
- Assist in the negotiation of logistics costs and freight rates to optimize operational budgets.
- Handle troubleshooting for logistics-related issues, including discrepancies in documentation or shipping delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records in the internal management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Export-Import coordination or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of Customs clearance processes and international trade regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP software experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English, to manage external partner relationships.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines.
