Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete documentation process for export and import shipments, including BL, COO, PEB, and PIB.
- Coordinate daily operations with shipping lines, airlines, and local transporters to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and stay updated on the latest Indonesian trade regulations and HS Code classifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive shipment status updates and resolving any operational issues.
- Negotiate freight rates and service terms with vendors and agents to maintain cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure all international shipments comply with INCOTERMS 2020 and relevant legal requirements.
- Monitor and manage billing, invoicing, and payment verification related to logistics services.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly logistics reports and performance metrics for the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Export-Import or Freight Forwarding, specifically in a senior capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs systems (EDI/PIB/PEB) and shipping documentation.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for handling international correspondence.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure zero-error documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Possession of a PPJK (Customs Expert) certificate is highly preferred.
