Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end export/import processes for international shipments
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates)
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve logistics delays proactively
- Optimize transportation costs and route efficiency
- Maintain accurate trade compliance records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in export/import operations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and trade regulations
- Proficiency in preparing shipping documentation and certificates of origin
- Experience with customs clearance processes and duty calculations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in trade compliance (e.g., CSCP, Customs Broker) preferred
