Trust Recruit is currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Export Import (EXIM) Specialist to support our prestigious client within the heavy equipment manufacturing sector. This is a critical role for a professional who understands the complexities of international trade, customs regulations, and logistics management for large-scale industrial machinery.
As an EXIM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of heavy equipment parts and units, maintaining compliance with Indonesian trade regulations, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. Please note that while the role is based in Jakarta, the candidate will be expected to transition to the Karawang facility after one year to oversee site-specific operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation (PIB, PEB, BL, Packing List, Invoice, COO).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of heavy equipment.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations, including HS Code classification and permit requirements (Lartas).
- Monitor and track shipments, providing regular status updates to internal stakeholders and procurement teams.
- Handle post-entry auditing and ensure all shipping records are archived according to corporate and regulatory standards.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and manage communications regarding cargo delays or damage claims.
- Assist in the migration of logistics processes to the Karawang facility after the initial one-year period.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in EXIM operations, specifically within the manufacturing or heavy equipment industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Customs systems (CEISA/NLE) and import/export regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex shipping documentation and international trade compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset for handling large-scale equipment logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to relocate or transition to the Karawang office after one year of tenure.
- Certification in customs (PPJK) is highly preferred.
