Are you an experienced professional in Export-Import operations with a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a dedicated Export-Import Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that all inventory movements are accurately recorded and strictly compliant with Indonesian Customs (DJBC) regulations.
The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in the 'Accurate' accounting and inventory system to maintain optimal stock levels and seamless logistics workflows. You will play a critical role in facilitating international trade processes, managing documentation, and ensuring that our operational efficiency remains at its peak. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily import and export operational activities to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain high-level data accuracy within the 'Accurate' inventory system for all stock movements.
- Ensure full compliance with Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) regulations, including HS Code classification and permit documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics providers to streamline supply chain flows.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation including Packing Lists, Invoices, and Certificates of Origin.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular physical counts, and reconcile data to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing reports related to import-export activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Export-Import operations or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in the 'Accurate' software/accounting system is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian Customs (DJBC) procedures, regulations, and import licensing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and documentation.
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping terms (Incoterms), and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
