Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor all import and export activities to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to resolve logistical issues efficiently.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders regarding arrival times and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade laws, including HS Code classification and duty payment processes.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all shipping documents for audit and record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with internal procurement and warehouse teams to ensure seamless material handling and inventory turnover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Export-Import or International Freight Forwarding.
- Proficient in using the Indonesia National Single Window (INSW) and other customs-related systems.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS Codes, and import-export regulations in Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for documentation and data tracking.
