PT TYS Consultation Group is seeking a highly motivated Export Import Staff to join our dynamic team in Kalideres, Jakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our cross-border transactions are seamless, compliant, and efficient.
As our Export Import Staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy, and coordination with stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and updated trade policies.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing proactive updates to internal stakeholders.
- Handle PIB/PEB documentation and oversee the process through the CEISA system.
- Manage licensing and permit applications required for regulated commodities.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all trade-related documents for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, International Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in export-import operations or customs clearance.
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS Code classification, and trade compliance.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with logistics software/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistical bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
