As a key player in our logistics operations, you'll manage cross-border shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize import/export processes for our manufacturing division. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end export/import documentation including customs forms, invoices, and certificates of origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure timely cargo movement
- Monitor compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Track shipments and maintain real-time logistics data in ERP systems
- Resolve customs clearance issues and documentation discrepancies
- Prepare monthly trade compliance reports and cost analysis
- Liaise with international suppliers and distributors for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in export/import operations within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Customs Brokerage or Trade Compliance preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
